# Reconciliation Tools

{inject integrates with a variety of third-party reconciliation tools. This section outlines how to export transaction and settlement data, and how to automate reconciliation using external platforms.

We offer three ways to bring reconciliation data into your existing systems. These options are designed to simplify your accounting workflows and reduce the effort required on the merchant side.

We distinguish different options - that can also be combined. The data that is available depends highly on two options what financial data is available

The following options can be used and combined.

### Option 1: Use Transaction Data via Webhooks

In this approach you setup Webhooks and stream the data as they flow in and replicate it into the merchant tools. For this make sure you are setting up the webhooks accordingly so that you are able to collect the data.

#### Key Benefits:

* Works with standalone terminals, not just POS-integrated ones
* No need to set up or maintain cash register integrations.
* All transactions are pushed via webhook directly into your reconciliation tool.

#### Use Case:

Merchants can subscribe to transaction-related webhooks and ingest them into their back-office systems or accounting software. This allows to get all transactions from E-commerce Setups and Terminals that are also not ECR integrated. This simplifies data processing and ensures consistency across terminal types.

### Option 2 - Recomended : Use Market Tools with Prebuilt Integrations

If you prefer a ready-made solution, several market tools already support {inject-platform-name} reconciliation flows. The main advantage of this tools is that the whole book keepin part is taken care of. The payment information is reconciled and directly booked into the ERP system to make sure bank account and revenue accounts are reconciled.

#### Key Benefits:

* Works with standalone terminals, not just POS-integrated ones
* No need to set up or maintain cash register integrations.
* The tools are integrated to get the Transaction Data and the settlement Data from {inject-platform-name}.

#### Available Integrations:

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th data-hidden data-card-cover data-type="files"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Find here more information about the {inject-platform-name} ReconHub Integration.</td><td><a href="https://231749824-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FzFihtba0Cos9hcTFUfuK%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-31cceb739e69666382feb0c29162a02b271b88c7%2FAbrantix%20Logo.webp?alt=media">Abrantix Logo.webp</a></td></tr><tr><td>The matchbox of treibauf is a reconciliation tool integrated into {inject-platform-name}.</td><td><a href="https://231749824-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FzFihtba0Cos9hcTFUfuK%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-0a824314b24597e832b577dce982bb0bf194cc45%2FPepper%20Matchbox%20Logo.png?alt=media">Pepper Matchbox Logo.png</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

These platforms offer dashboards, automation, and export functions for reconciliation and are plug-and-play for most merchants.

### Option 3: Custom Integration via Reporting API

Advanced merchants and ERP providers can build a tailored reconciliation pipeline using our Reporting API.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Please keep in mind. The financial settlement data is only available for certain processors.
{% endhint %}

* Fetch all available transaction and settlement data on demand. For this the bank account charge and refund charge apis need to be fetched.
* Use filters for date range, merchant ID, payout references, etc.
* Suitable for complex environments or in-house ERP system

More information about the available data can be found in the [accounting capabilities](/documentation/activate-your-account/reconciliation-accounting/wallee-accounting-capabilities.md) section.
