# Terminal activation

To activate wallee SoftPOS on your device for integration testing, you need a 6**-digit activation code**. At this time, activation codes are issued by our sales team on request.

To request a code, send an email to <alessandro.guntert@wallee.com> with the subject:

> SoftPOS Integration – Activation Code Request

Sales will generate and provide the code within **12 hours during working hours**.

Once received, enter the code in the wallee SoftPOS app to complete activation. The device is then ready to process test transactions against the QAT environment.
