# Opera Cloud

### Installation

This guide explains the steps required to provision and install the **Oracle Opera Cloud Interface** for integration with {inject-platform-name}.

A general guidance on the most important steps about Opera can be found here and is not covered in this manual: <https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/hospitality/payment-interface/20.4/ouopg/ouopg.pdf>

This page covers only how Oracle is connected to the {inject-platform-name} e-commerce and POS interfaces.

### 1. Contact us

For installation, please **contact our support team** or **your Oracle representative**.

### 2. Interface order from Oracle

For the integration, you **must** order the following interface from Oracle:

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Interface ID:**

IFC\_OPI\_CLOUD\_OPI\_PLUGIN\_WALLEE\_GROUP

**Interface Name / Description:**

Oracle Hospitality OPERA EFT Interface for WALLEE OPI PLUGIN by Wallee Group AG (via OPI Cloud)
{% endhint %}

The OPI integration is **fully certified by Oracle**.

### 3. Required steps after provisioning

Once Oracle has completed the installation, **additional steps are required on both our side and Oracle's side** to bring the integration fully online.\
We therefore recommend contacting us directly to ensure a smooth and successful installation process.

### 4. Customer preparations

You can already complete the following steps **before contacting us**:

1. Create a **{inject-platform-name} account**.
2. Create a **space** in your account — see [User, Account and Space](/documentation/readme/account-structure/user-account-and-space.md).

These preparations will significantly speed up the integration process.
